I’ve decided to stop using all supplements. Creatine , etc. All natural from now on. No particular reason just want to keep shyt natural.

To be honest I had bad knees since High School I played DT and I was a beast, All Star, used to get double teamed, get hit high and low all my years. My Sophomore Year I played the remaining season with Tore ligaments in my knee, I got cracked back when it was legal and I loved football so much I couldn't sit out the season so I lied to my coaches.Do you think your workout regime contributed to this?

To be honest I had bad knees since High School I played DT and I was a beast, All Star, used to get double teamed, get hit high and low all my years. My Sophomore Year I played the remaining season with Tore ligaments in my knee, I got cracked back when it was legal and I loved football so much I couldn't sit out the season so I lied to my coaches.
I blew my knee out again when I was whooping some dude ass at a store and his homie got in a car and run me over
So as long as I can remember my knees was always poppin, plus heavy Squats ain't going to help, I always wear sleeves when I Squat but once I take them off I feel the aches.
But you can say Yeah my workout regime played a part on this. When I was doing Judo and Wrestling I wore sleeves because my knees is bad. I forgot to wear my knee sleeves once I started training in Jujitsu
It's 0630 Am on the West Coast and I'm heading to the gym to rehab my knee, lots of light weight single leg extension, Leg Press, laying leg curl and all blast chest. I got my knee brace on
Was playing tug of war with my dog and he let it go for a slip second and the knot in the rope hit me dead in my eye at full speed..
