I have tight hip flexors and hammies.I'd recommend upping your ab game...your lower back will be prone to getting tweaked with a weak core. ESPECIALLY if you have a desk job sitting 40hrs. a week and sitting on a balancing ball or something. I've upped mine and I don't get it anymore. Twinks who don't do heavy squats or carry heavy weights don't have this issue. Maybe some ab wheels or dragonfly's in there since you can do an advanced ab workout like leg raises.![]()

Word I’ma find out what’s upPoor pelvic position due to weak abs causes the "tight" hamstring feeling. I've had the same feelings and went to PT doing "hip flexor" and "hanstring" exercises and stretches. 2 weeks of abs cured me....![]()

Also going to see a chiropractor to see why this shyt keeps happening.

I think I tore my Meniscus, I was in pain, my knee shift and it's pain, I know this feeling because I slightly tore it before
I got x rays but that don't show shyt, so tommorow I go to a Knee specialist and get a MRI
If it a torn meniscus I have to stop my 5/3/1 program
but I'm still training in the gym, I live this Warrior shyt, All my weight lifting will be seated, and I will rehab my knee with light leg extension and leg presses
See my power lifting coach told me you going to have injuries and you going to have to learn how to train around them
And in Brazilian Jujitsu, I'm still going to go, I will sitting in class watching and learning and might do the technique part

I did all the stretching stuff and foam roller stuff to try to release muscle tightness in piriformis, hamstring, lower back, glutes, quads. Tried everything from youtube by athlean-x and others. It was all temporary. Tightness came back the next morning.
