$2 fine for toneman, legs are used in damn near everything we do in the gym, let alone day to day living - cardio, plyo, lower body lifting, some yoga, standing during various upper body....i don't need no got damn 3 dedicated leg days

I would do some research on IF and the impact on women's hormonal system.I just started intermittent fasting last week. I did good until ywsterday, but im not going to let one relapse of junk food and eating late stop my progress.
Ive been drinking water an awful lot. im not tired or hate water anymore so thats a good sign lol.
All im doing is taking it a day at a time.
