Damn! What would your w/o look like?My legs can take a beating. I do an hour long ride on the nights of leg days
I just don't have the time. I would need like 2 hours a workout to really hit legs how I want 2x/week

My soccer boots come in tommorrow and my league starts next Wednesday.

Hurt my lower back again setting up for dumbbell bench yesterday. Picking anything up from the floor doesn’t agree with my lower right side. Taking it easy for a week. Been massaging my piriformis muscle which has helped. Also going to see a chiropractor to see why this shyt keeps happening.
