20 min AMRAP
15 cal row
10 overhead squats @ 115#
10 strict pull ups

I actually made it through 5 full rounds. The most shocking part is the overhead squats because 115# is a lot of weight for me to be doing high rep volume.

After a 2 year back injury and lost of 30 lbs, I’m back at it. I have a flat stomach and I want to keep it, so ima eat less fried food and bread as possible.

I’ve always had chicken legs. Ima be hitting legs at least twice a week. Let’s see where I’m at about a year from now.

Include Bulgarian split squats in that routine and the gains will come quickly
