Played soccer 3 times last week. My legs are feeling it big time. Weekend wasn't so good diet wise :francis:

All that cardio leaves me ravenous. But I'll definitely overcome my weekend slip-ups, just have to make sure I have meals prepped for the weekend and that I stay busy so I overcome the urge to mindlessly eat.

I just hope my knee doesn't reaggrevate itself. I switched to playing soccer over running to save the wear and tear on my knee but lately my kneecaps have been tweaking :francis:

Whats your working hours?
When do you like to train?
Are you okay training fasted?

As long as you can fast longer than your eating window, then your good

I eat between 2pm to 10pm, I go gym after work about 5/6 then have my final meal about 9

I had one of the trainers at my gym yesterday look at my DL form. I was 85% of the way there but by simply going a bit lower on the start and keeping my chest up I used less of my back.

I really felt the lift afterwards. Form is everything on the DL.

I dont understand how yall workout heavy and drink and smoke. I actually started working out to get away from that :russ:
I like craft beer, cognac, scotch and nice ass cigars, Gentleman Leisure, That's how I relax. I work a blue collar job, I'm a Union Worker, it's physical, The Pay is crazy though, I train hard and heavy at in the gym and in DOJO's not to many people can't handle the training I do 7 days a week and work a physical job, so I have my days, weeks, when I'm going to induldge.

I'm Blessed with genetics so I can pick up where I left off quick, you need me time or you go fukkin crazy, if you ain't never got burnt out from the gym then you never trained hard enough and frequent enough

Since I've been pulled on a new project my hours in the office have increased 10 fold.

All part of a greater plan though.

In the mean time, lemme go play some soccer and ease some stress
