Played soccer 3 times last week. My legs are feeling it big time. Weekend wasn't so good diet wise
All that cardio leaves me ravenous. But I'll definitely overcome my weekend slip-ups, just have to make sure I have meals prepped for the weekend and that I stay busy so I overcome the urge to mindlessly eat.
I just hope my knee doesn't reaggrevate itself. I switched to playing soccer over running to save the wear and tear on my knee but lately my kneecaps have been tweaking![]()
Better get the icy hot
