man wtf.....It fukked my workouts up, The drinking. Because Sometimes I drink on Friday's and Saturday Night's, and Usually workout on Saturdays and Sundays and when I drink, I fukkin Drink. I be at Brewery, Bar's, Pizza Parlors 10 pitchers with the homies ain't shyt, A fifth of Henny to the head ain't shyt, 12 pack of Heinkeins to the head ain't shyt but I pay after, I get Crazy hangovers that last 2 days.
So I lose my workout out days, I lose gainz, laying in bed not eating throwing up, I lose gainz, so yeah I can say Lost of Gainz for drinking
