@The ADD beltless deads and ohps lol...not even trying to be dramatic but I’m honestly surprised at how strong I am and how relying on that belt by default was stifling me.
My gut is that people over use them. Heavy sets of course but I see people using on Leg Press :francis:

Work, Gym and Brazilian Jujitsu takes up all my time, still training 7 Days a Week

After Jujitsu Training I hit the gym for Leg Day, still kicked ass In the Gym, I Squated but it was deload week for me I'm doing the 5/3/1. But I went to the Hack Squat Machine and threw 4 45's and 1 25's on each side and did 3 sets for 8 after my Squats.

Leaning up and still getting stronger and adding size

Got the same regimen bro. BJJ be kicking my ass tho. Be having to take a nap first before i go head to the gym

Played soccer 3 times last week. My legs are feeling it big time. Weekend wasn't so good diet wise :francis:

All that cardio leaves me ravenous. But I'll definitely overcome my weekend slip-ups, just have to make sure I have meals prepped for the weekend and that I stay busy so I overcome the urge to mindlessly eat.

I just hope my knee doesn't reaggrevate itself. I switched to playing soccer over running to save the wear and tear on my knee but lately my kneecaps have been tweaking :francis:
