Tough workout dealing with a headache the whole time

Good news is i don’t feel any tightness in my back from doing squats so that’s a good sign my form was much better this time

Edit: i suck at jump ropes. Can someone recommend a good YouTube video that will help me ?

This works for my hips @1:50 although he says it’s for your quads I still feel my hips stretching out on both sides


He has other routines that are effective in his channel.
