Need to perfect my form doing squats a little better. I’m scared of going atg but feels better when i do it because my heels and my hip is driving the weight up which takes pressure off my back

frontal barbell squats really helped my form and took my overall balance up another level...

Kinda. I wanted to keep my muscle while dropping lbs but my execution was off. I'm gonna just focus more on cardio and big compound lifts. Tweaking the diet has been the tough part but getting better.

Seeing some progress. I dropped some lbs but plateaued hard.

You might have to lower the calories more or increase cardio..

The good news: Cutting from 6 true lift/conditioning days left me generally fresher this week.

The bad news: Still hit the wall this morning

Added Burpees into my saturday 4:00 workout, ended up in the bed at 6:00 and didn't get out til the next morning :dead:
Work yourself into a coma brehs :lolbron:

Mans its crazy that I got a vacation coming up and im looking forward to using the hotel's gym and running near the beach. Fam probably gon try and have me up in them buffets too:francis:

Stalled the whole month of May

Finally get some momentum in June, get a sore throat + fever :snoop:

Thankfully I've only had to stop 1 workout early, haven't had to miss any yet. Just hit legs today. And I was down at a new low this morning, despite spending the last 2 days eating brownies and Ritz cheese sandwiches :idiot: I'm like 80% back now, might even try for a ride tonight.

This was me as well. Except add in March thru May.

I was on vacation for two weeks in April and actually put on quite a bit. The South African borwoers (sausages) and Kenyan beer will do that to you.

Big part of my stall has been the diet. All my fault. I got less precise in my calorie counting and started doing too much guess work, especially after I got back from vacation.

Tightened up the past few weeks though. I'm keeping a very regimented summer. Outside of a few trips here and there, I want to keep my schedule strict for summer.

All the DC day parties, cookouts and events can really derail progress. I'm looking to turn the corner on my cut this summer so come fall I can increase my weights since the cold weather will probably decrease how much soccer I'll be able to play.

One day at a time.

I'm :flabbynsick: and a family man so no big social pressure here

Been on point with my diet mostly... just stressed out. Crashed my car at the track at the beginning of May, been dealing with it since. Thankfully no injuries but it's been a drain. Then this sickness shyt. And I'm a new dad so that's in the mix too. But if I can get back on track I will be good
