Worked on legs last Friday.
I got up to 235 lbs for 2 reps on barbell squat. I haven't felt this good in awhile. Might have been the medicine my doctor prescribed. It's an NSAID.
I was in pain just trying 95 in the past.

weekend of eating and drinking...too bloated to workout today. gonna let the dust settle and pull doubles the rest of the week. gotta get all this water weight off. might be a fish and asparagus week :gag:

Adidas Powerlifting cross trainers came in today as well as my jump rope :blessed:

Hate running so had to find another way to get some cardio in
