Brehs help
Went to the gym this past week for the first time in about 5-6 months and did some lifting. I can feel my chest & arm muscles ripping apart and growing again.
shyt hurts so bad I just wanna stay in bed all day. This is normal till I get used to lifting on a regular basis right?
I quit smoking for over 2 years and I really want a cigarette.

Alright, I thought about working out in the mornings, but I realized that won't be the ideal since I wake up around 6:45 just to make it at work by 8:30 (I start work at 9 and I take the bus to get there)
So, I've decided to work out after work. the only problem is, due to myself having to take buses (I get off at 6 and come home around 7:30 to 8 at night) I feel somewhat drained and not motivated to work out after I get home (I torrented hip hop abs as a beginner workout...don't laugh! >_<)...But I really want to find the motivation to do so. Which seems challenging to me for some reason. Any ideas on how to find the energy for exercise after work?
Also, would anyone happen to have a healthy and possibly a cheap grocery list they'd like to share? I'm also trying to keep my calories under 1500 per day and trying to give up junk food as well as soda on the weekdays.
*Sorry if I'm asking for a lot.
