Insurance tryna play games with the authorization for the procedure. Denying my doctors appeals despite solid evidence (Xray, MRI, pain pattern, non response to conservative treatment) of the problem being present :francis:. Just read their revised clinical guidelines (2018) and compared it to the 2016 version, and they pretty much changed the guidelines from "any of the following" to "all of following" conditions have to met :francis:. Might have to delay it another two weeks for an independent review organization to review my case, if my doctor doesn't come in clutch. These cats gon pay what they owe.

Much appreciated and blessings to you too breh. I would only pay around 6 grand if my insurance approves it. Can see why they be bullshyttin tho, when they gotta pay 80 somethin grand:heh:. Nonetheless, im optimistic that theyll cover it

I'm back to benching 315 :blessed:

I didn't expect to do it today but I felt like I was able to after I hit 285 3 times without any problems. The last time I was able to do it I was about 10 pounds heavier. I hope to get to 365 at the end of the summer, but I don't know how realistic that is.

When I got to the gym and got out my car all I could smell is farm doo doo. :scust:. In the free weight room it was hot and musty and I could still smell the farm :scust:

It wasn't like this when I was lifting in the city:gucci:

How much running do I have to do to lose my arm jiggle? I feel I’m losing everywhere except my arms:mjcry:

I really only run for like 15min. That’s all I can do before my back starts acting up. But I also strength train like 4 days a week. And still........:mjcry:

I did bench press workout today.
Warmed up with low weights.
135 lbs. x 10 reps
155 lbs. x 10 reps
175 lbs x 6 reps
195 lbs x 2 reps
155 lbs. x 10 reps
