And in my usual over overcompensating fashion I did the most in spin class (haven’t done it in about 4 years), added a hard ass resistance and my lower body feels like putty. About to do my ab workout and some medicine ball workout no pain no gains

Competed in my first full power lifting competition today. The other was just bench press only.

I played it too safe today. Didn’t know that failed attempts didn’t hurt your score. They still go on to count your best attempt out of 3 for squat, dead’s, and bench. So my ass was making sure I didn’t fail on shyt and was the only male to do so. Would of changed my whole strategy if I knew otherwise.
