Was looking into Madcow or 5/3/1 after this deload/reload doing 3x5 but all the possible apps look like crap. I've gotten lazy as fukk, I'm just going to have to log my (future) workouts the old fashioned way then.

i start off with my run...i ended up running 5.36 miles...i broke that 5 mile barrier..was still feeling good
went to go do the bike for about 15 mins...was still feeling good
went to do stairmaster for 25 mins....speed interval where i increased from running top speed for 30 secs to 45 secs
that emptied my tank...shyt had my legs quivering and ready to pass out after i was done
i went to do my incline walk on the treadmill for 1.5 miles..my legs said fukk it..nearly flew off the treadmill lol
tried to do the crosstrainer on the hill profile..couldnt keep up
took off like 3 lbs which wasnt all bad..but i feel like if i could have taken off more...oh well i guess i gotta work harder to make this new cardio norm..tomorrow is another day..right now..recovery

Some dude who got some massive arms be doing single arm preacher curls on an incline bench, and machine preacher curls religiously. Like everytime I see this dude.
Then another dude with boulders for delts does these seated front raises where he starts off with a neutral grip and supinates his wrists at the top of each rep.
Added them shyts to the rotation
