I got some running in today and did some calistenics. It was nice and inspiring to see all the couples out there and families. Saw a couple girls prepparing for meets and a young breh being coached and givin pointers on his form which is crazy because he was fast as hell with bad technique.

I saw a bad shorty out there doing her warm ups and I was about to walk over and talk to her and either her parents or some people she was training showed up and shut all that down. Let them be flabby man im trying to stretch them guts

I was about to fight this bruh in the gym, over some hoe shyt yesterday.

I was using the lat pull down and I was switching the wide bar to use the v-bar (close grip pull downs) and some bruh, with his fat white bytch tapped me on the shoulder and asked me "you going to use this, pointing to the v-bar grip on the ground."

The way he asked me, bruh made it seem like he was trying to get tough and I did not like homie tapping me.

I was like yeah and I said to myself I can use two single grip's and make it into a v-grip bar. So, I asked bruh, you going to use it right now and dude was like yeah I'm going to use it. I was like fukk it and gave it to him.

A couple of seconds later, I look and see the bruh was not using it and gave the shyt to his fat white bytch and he was over in the corner. I was low key pissed at this sunken placed motherfukker, because bruh lied and fukkes my workout up.

I should have let that shyt go, but I hate that lying shyt. So, I walked over to bruh and told him about that shyt and bro why didnt tell the truth and said you chick wanted to use it. Bruh started hoe explaining and I was like this a bytch nikka and I walked away and his girl was like.

She knew they did some hoe shyt and she sent that nikka off and he was about to get fukk up over some hoe shyt.

I should have let that shyt go, but I was mad pissed.
