30lbs to go...gonna make that starting point update when I get there...ECA stack is going good...can't go overboard with it.
I'm too fat sensitive...smh...I should be good with 3K a day when I lift but its too much for a cut. gotta keep it to 2.2K at most but I prefer sub 2K

when I drop I'll start incorporating more BW lifts again....chins...dips...

need to buy a sledgehammer and new wrist straps...

I'll flip that tire again as well...back acts up now...probably due to heavier weight...

Got 1 rep @ 3 plates for front squat. I thought I could rep it out but mid way through the set I knew it wasn't gonna happen. Still a long way from when I started.

Good to know your limitations...I got a slight sprain trying to do 405x5x3 on deads this past Sunday...on that second rep of the third set I arched too much and dropped it before shyt got real.

Its not a race

brehs I need some ab workouts, some killer shyt. I just bought a roller too. I mainly just do crunches and the oblique twist shyt with the 45 plate . help a breh out.
Throw in 100 ab roll outs a day in addition to the 100 push up thread and watch :whew:

So I'm returning to The Arts, I will be training in Brazilian Jujitsu, Boxing and Muay Thai at a MMA Academy. So I will be training 7 Days a Week in Self defense and The Gym. I hope my strength won't suffer I just started 5/3/1 strength program

My abs literally feel like a wet washcloth that is twisted tight as fukk.

I do a vacuum pose right after (15 seconds or so idk) to punish myself even more (:dame:). After that I need to :dead: a bit and breathe since I'm groaning in pain at that point.
