man today i hit the wall hard in the gym today

i start off with my run...i ended up running 5.36 miles...i broke that 5 mile barrier..was still feeling good
went to go do the bike for about 15 mins...was still feeling good
went to do stairmaster for 25 mins....speed interval where i increased from running top speed for 30 secs to 45 secs

that emptied my tank...shyt had my legs quivering and ready to pass out after i was done

i went to do my incline walk on the treadmill for 1.5 miles..my legs said fukk it..nearly flew off the treadmill lol
tried to do the crosstrainer on the hill profile..couldnt keep up

took off like 3 lbs which wasnt all bad..but i feel like if i could have taken off more...oh well i guess i gotta work harder to make this new cardio norm..tomorrow is another day..right now..recovery :bryan:

Those knees will bark quickly if they are not used to that kind of workload..

Runners knee come with no warning

Don't focus on weight. That shyt fluctuates like crazy. The best way to assess weight is to weigh in once like every two or three months.

The best way to assess progress, imo is taking pictures every few weeks or so....

I was gonna say breh was probably dehydrated. A gallon of water = 8lbs. A healthy man's weight probably fluctuates 4-5lbs a day. Strange things happen on vacation weight wise. I wouldn't stress

This post holiday bloat is slowly going away, still not at the speed I would have liked but I guess some progress is better than no progress.

I'm not one of those detox people but I may get on an all liquid diet for a few days.
