Don't focus on weight. That shyt fluctuates like crazy. The best way to assess weight is to weigh in once like every two or three months.I do not understamd what happened over the past week that got me to bloat up over 8 pounds. I think it may be the return to an "American diet" that got my body out of sync.
When I was in South Africa and Kenya I didn't eat all that much. Did a fair bit of drinking though so my body may be reacting to the increase in food, especially carbs.
I remember I woke up Saturday morning feeling so heavy. Played some soccer Saturday afternoon and I was way off the pace of the game.
I think this week's gym sessions and return to my normal diet will stabilize things.
I wanna use the good weather to really ramp up my soccer game. All the best leagues start up in fall so I need to condition sharpen up for then.
