Does Canada have any "well-known" gyms like Gold's or 24? I'm moving there to study come winter, ain't tryna hunt for gyms in the snow and shyt :why:

If the university gym is as crowded and inaccessible as I've been told I might have to pull a @semtex and workout in my room :skip:

Best solo workout I have had so far this year. Finally got some good form on deads and could feel the muscle being used like they are designed to be for that lift.

tried them today, felt the same feeling i did with dips :ohlawd:

i can probably get a friend to stack weights on my back to increase the tension too

Or u can move ur hands further down. The point of hip push-ups is to eventually progress to the planche push-up which is pure :damn:

i dont know if i have the balance for that yet :to: but thats a new goal for me
