lol 99% of people don't have the balance for planche pushups. look on youtube the only cats doin it are the little 86lb skinny nikkas. but they say people who can do planche pushups can usually bench ~2.5x their bodyweighti dont know if i have the balance for that yetbut thats a new goal for me

Yeah mine too lol I supersetted them with db rows the other nightdog surprisingly my lats are sore as fukk after doing these things
