left rotator cuff been fukking me up. i tried to work around it for back/shoulders hypotrophy but shyt is all bad, can't even do pull ups without the left side fukkin' up. :snoop:

lol 99% of people don't have the balance for planche pushups. look on youtube the only cats doin it are the little 86lb skinny nikkas. but they say people who can do planche pushups can usually bench ~2.5x their bodyweight

Good weather in Houston right now. Instead of the gym, I think I'm going to drive to a rich neighborhood and jog around there to enjoy the view.

If I don't post in the next few days ya'll, that means I've been Robbie Tolan-ed.

dog surprisingly my lats are sore as fukk after doing these things :merchant:

my plan was to get up to 3x15 and then start doing em weighted @ 3x5

Yeah mine too lol I supersetted them with db rows the other night :whew:

yo, do them with your feet in a dead position (just laying there, not on your toes)

was in the pit at a concert for 2.5 hours tonight. my entire body is :ohlawd: from overhead pressing crowd surfers and shoving people away
