Had to. Put too much emphasis on my upper body in my teens and most of my twenties. A year or so ago I looked at myself in the mirror at the gym when I was changing and I didn't like how small my legs looked in comparison to my upper body so I had to change up my routine a bit.

Hey breh, you've been in this life for far longer than I have. Will I lose my abs if I keep drinking protein weight? I love my abs fam, I don't wanna lose them. :to:

As long as you stay active and stay away from eating a lot of junk you will be ok

I was having a great workout today since I was listening to the newly freed Meek, then breh comes up to me and says

Him: You know they're closing this gym
Me: :gucci:

Him: Yea on the 10th. They aren't telling anybody but the boy that works up front told me.

Me: :gucci: I just paid my bill yesterday.


Now I gotta find a new gym and the ones in this was the best one in my area:francis:

Think I found my protein shake mix brehs .

shyt is perfection better than anything I've made before .

All ingredients I've used before too :what:.

It's just how much I put in and it's legit a meal replacement .

Frozen fruit mix ( bag with mangoes, pineapple , peaches and bananas ). Only use a hand full and it's perfect .

Spinach

Soy milk About a cup

Combat whey protein cookies and cream about a cup .

shyt is so fukking delicious !!!

I come home have the shake and maybe a bagel it's perfect .

Soon I'll drop the bagel or whatever small snack .

Just do the shake cause honestly it probably enough of a meal after work .

I'll end up adding oats and make it feel like a real meal .

I only like Costco Kirkland soy milk that shyt is soooooooo goood .
Every other brand I've tried is trash :scust:.

Honestly I use water and protein after workouts.

I like making a shake for after work when I'm hungry .

When I skip breakfast and just snack on little bars or almonds before lunch . I tend to eat after work but the shake is working as a meal replacement .

So instead of going home and eating a whole ass meal . I can just make a shake and TRY not to make bad decisions on food .

Workout less, better results
Wait word put me on .

So I stopped full body because of time .

I be tryna work out before work and I don't have time like that .

How many days are u going a week and how much time u spending ?

How often are u switching the work outs ?

When I did full body I switched up machines and exercises a couple times a week .

Please put me on :feedme:.

Rather have it be hard to gain weight than to lose. If you are getting bigger and stronger I wouldn't worry about weight
