Had to. Put too much emphasis on my upper body in my teens and most of my twenties. A year or so ago I looked at myself in the mirror at the gym when I was changing and I didn't like how small my legs looked in comparison to my upper body so I had to change up my routine a bit.

shyt is perfection better than anything I've made before .
All ingredients I've used before too.
It's just how much I put in and it's legit a meal replacement .
Frozen fruit mix ( bag with mangoes, pineapple , peaches and bananas ). Only use a hand full and it's perfect .
Spinach
Soy milk
Combat whey protein cookies and cream about a cup .

I come home have the shake and maybe a bagel it's perfect .
Soon I'll drop the bagel or whatever small snack .
Just do the shade cause honestly it probably enough of a meal after work .
I'll end up adding oats and make it feel like a real meal .
I only like Costco Kirkland soy milk that shyt is soooooooo goood .Aside from the soy milk, that looks damn good, what make you choose Soy Milk over Almond Milk or regular milk

Honestly I use water and protein after workouts.
I like making a shake for after work when I'm hungry .
When I skip breakfast and just snack on little bars or almonds before lunch . I tend to eat after work but the shake is working as a meal replacement .
So instead of going home and eating a whole ass meal . I can just make a shake and TRY not to make bad decisions on food .
