Aside from the soy milk, that looks damn good, what make you choose Soy Milk over Almond Milk or regular milk

My boring ass just use Whey Protein and Water :mjlol:
As a woman soy milk isn't as bad for her......

I personally dropped soy milk a few years ago and started paying a dollar more for lactaid.....

Milk is the GOAT source of protein................right behind the gold standard(eggs)

Wait word put me on .

So I stopped full body because of time .

I be tryna work out before work and I don't have time like that .

How many days are u going a week and how much time u spending ?

How often are u switching the work outs ?

When I did full body I switched up machines and exercises a couple times a week .

Please put me on :feedme:.
Right now, I just do a circuit from home due to the limited time I have.

Otherwise I'd be doing some variation of strong lifts at 24 hour fitness, I’ll probably get back to it during summer.

StrongLifts 5×5 Workout Program for Beginners | StrongLifts

So I typically work out twice a week, but I basically just focus on maintenance. When you're maintaining, you only need to work out once a week.

But if you want to change your body physique, the rule of thumb is to add more sessions

I typically workout for about 70-90 minutes. This includes warm-ups, cool-downs and a light jog sometimes.

From home I do calisthenics and I have access to have fitness center in my complex. A typical workout looks like this:

1. Warmup: 5x10 minutes (active stretching, active movements, maybe a quick jog)

2. Lunges- 5x30

3. Squats- 5x20

4. Pullup bar-4x failure

(fitness center circuit):

5. chest press-5x10

6. Tricep dips-5xfailure

7. Tricep pulldowns-5x10

8. Pushups-5xfailure

Then I go back home and do another circuit:

9. pull-ups-4xfailure

10. tricep dips- 4xfailure

11. decline pushups-4xfailure

12. incline pushups-4xfailure

Like diets i don't really switch workouts much, I just do what's convenient....

Imo if you're not seeing the benefits from machines and certain exercises then you're probably working out too much and you're muscles aren't resting enough.

I see the greatest gains when I'm lowkey lazy as fukk.....I come back stronger when I'm less consistent. This tells me that my body isn't fully rested when I workout too often, like for me, 48 hours isn’t enough sometimes. With stronglifts, my body responds well to working out every 72 hours.

Everyone is different just find what works for you, that's the most important thing. When you find it you'll know it, just stick with it. Just like your shake, I love that combination especially eating a solid grain( a bagel) to help digest.

Also with full body workouts, if you're going to the gym, you don't need to do a million exercises. When I was really busy, I just did like 3 exercises within 30 minutes and I set for the next few days. The end result from full body routines is a very symmetrical physique, so don't worry about accessory lifts and exercises. Increasing certain aspects of your physique can easily be done, once you're in the maintenance stage of your physique like me.

Putting on weight is so hard. I'm struggling to reach 170 lbs. [insert M. Mayweather grabbing his temples emoji]
yeah?

Maybe you're not training hard enough....

Heavy weight low reps.....

Squats, deadlifts, overhead press and with solid diet can you big in no time....

But let me guess you don't do any of these :beli:

Or you're not hitting them at 315lbs+

There's your answer right there, you're not going hard enough....

I was having a great workout today since I was listening to the newly freed Meek, then breh comes up to me and says

Him: You know they're closing this gym
Me: :gucci:

Him: Yea on the 10th. They aren't telling anybody but the boy that works up front told me.

Me: :gucci: I just paid my bill yesterday.

Now I gotta find a new gym and the ones in this was the best one in my area:francis:
I know the feeling breh.

Got to the gym this morning at 545am just as the sun was rising. My gym is in an industrial neighborhood so it’s basically surrounded by factories and auto body shops. The transformer for the block blew out overnight so they had no power. We opened up the 2 garage doors on both sides of the gym. I pointed my headlights in one side and the gym owner pointed his headlights in the other side. It was just enough light to get it in. Man there was something about being in the semi dark, no music, just the sound of struggle, aggression, the fan on the assault bike spinning, the clanking of bars dropping post deadlift reps... it bordered on a spiritual experience brehs. Can’t even put it into words. :wow:

And then I died after lol
