Of course, the fukking week I'm supposed to start my cut, I get hay fever

I had that shyt for the past few days but thank god I worked out 5 days straight beforehand so I needed a couple rest days. Crazy because I've never had allergies even here in Texas. I'll be at work comfortable as fukk while everyone is walkin around all nasally sneezing all over the place. Green tea with honey and lemon will get rid of it quick.

What I ended up doing was walking a lot before I was going to do my workout. I was going to do some calistenics that day at a park which I had to walk to as well. Man when I did my stretches and warm up my legs were basically like "so you didnt get that memo this morning huh:francis:" and I had to fall back. When I was walking back home I really felt the tightness and soreness in my legs and couldnt believe I was even trying to go hard a minute ago

Around 3 on Sunday I felt completely rejuvenated and maybe even a bit stronger so I guess it all worked out. Back at it again today:blessed:

All Benches are crowded and are In use, There's a long wait on The Bench Press, Dumbell Bench, Pec Dec Fly Machine and Inclines.

Great Workout Today, One of those days that I wasn't feeling 100%, energy level wasn't there, weights was feeling more heavy. But I learned how to get aggressive and let aggression fuel my workout.

I remember when My Power Lifting Coach pulled me aside and said You have to get aggressive with these weights, and learn how to use your aggression to fuel your workouts because these weights don't care how you feel and what you going through, you still have to lift these Muthafukkas

I'm deciding what Martial Art I'm going to return to, it's either Muay Thai or Brazilian Jujitsu

I'm torn between the 2

My background is Judo, Wrestling, Kenpo Karate, Boxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jujitsu

Also may have to move leg training to evenings. It never seems to go well in the mornings.
