@GinaThatAintNoDamnPuppy! Link me to your wife's youtube channel please, body-wise I'm sure she and I may be similar at this point.
Her YT channel isn't about her fitness. I don't even think she shows herself. She has kind of fallen off a bit since the pregnancy. Her ab wall got destroyed and breastfeeding is sucking her dry :mjcry: We are rebuilding though.

O2 Gym Tip of the Day: What Food is Good for Muscle Recovery?
High-glycemic fruits and starchy vegetables are excellent foods to eat post-workout if your goal is to re-hydrate and replenish muscle glycogen store, which is the energy source of your muscles. In addition, many of these nutrient-rich foods contain unique antioxidant compounds that can aid tissue repair and recovery.

:ohhh:this scares me about pregnancy, especially to a thick chick.

But a healthy baby is the most important thing in the world.....

It's all very temporary. Plus you have to respect the fact that she created/delivered/is feeding a brand new human. I ain't trippin off the shyt cuz. Cause I know once our baby is good we have a good protocol to get back at it quickly and stress free. And she is actually making decent progress in the gym now

Next 3 months it's D.O.E.

Diet Over Everything.

After being humbled over and over I finally accepted that it doesn't matter how much you work out or how fit you are if you want to lose weight and change how your body looks, diet has to be number 1.

Im going to hit 170 by the end of June. Finally!
