I just started really lifting and I’m getting stronger already, seeing some muscle definition. But do I need to do more to see more belly fat reduction? Currently doing 5x5 squats, deadlifts and bench with accessory work in between. I’m in pretty good shape except for the stomach area. Diet is not horrible either. Is it just a time ting? :jbhmm:
And also remember the body controls everything sometimes it holds on fat and certain areas called The Stubborn area and it will drop on its on, People are so quick to change and hop on different regiment sometimes you have to let the body do what it do.

You might not drop weight or loose fat in area quickly like you like and give up, or even add muscle for a few months then all of a sudden you wake up one day and Boom you see your abs.

Man ever since I ate some bad avocados my stomach hasnt felt right. On Wednesday I just spent the whole day like "this cant be life :mjcry:" Basically havent done much of anything physical since Tuesday but I'm hoping to get back at it tomorrow.

Starting to realize that I gotta date me a chick who's with the gym lifestyle.

Been with my current girl for almost two years, and she's put on that relationship weight. About 20 pounds heavier than when we met. Told her she needs to make some changes because the gym's a big part of my life, so she got a membership. But she refuses to touch the weights with me and is always telling me "I'm craving <insert bullshyt food> here" and then I feel like the bad guy if I say naw, I'm not trying to fukk up my gains.

She's great in all other aspects, but I'm starting to think it's a dealbreaker. Anyone else been in a similar situation?

I know I saw my ex getting fat at one point, and I was about to pull the trigger right then on the relationship, on some like I can't do this. :picard:


But ya ain't vibing like that will continue to but heads in the future....

If she's not willing to make a conscious effort, give her the pink slip and KIM.....

Lol your girl is used to seeing you everyday but yeah 30 pounds is a difference
This is what I tell peeps about getting too big.....

Women like muscles, but ideally most like lean muscle and sculpted abs.....

I've been at my heaviest lately at 166 in the morning :francis: I'm content with my weight I just want to boost my strength to weight ratio and get these abs popping.

But this is why I say husky brehs slimming down got an advantage when it comes to new female attention. I might have some body dysmorphia though.

If you are not about that BBW life cut her loose.... she has to come the fitness mentality via her own will, you can't impose it on her....

On the flip side... one easy way to get her to drop the weight... get her pregnant and then have her breast feed. Wifey is eating like an extra 1000kcal and is still losing weight. Counting the days to solid food :sadcam:

Some people notice and some people don't. When you hit a certain size she might get start getting insecure though, and wonder about how often you workout because you may be able to attract a ton of other women with ease...


shyt is weird man, women love when you're in shape but lowkey hate when you workout at the gym. Like chicks I've been in relationships wit would always get insecure when hit the gym on a regular basis. Truth is i barely workout when I'm in a relationship, because they suck a lot of my free time, plus after i smash, i aint going to the gym at 10/11 pm :skip:
