How much protein you think one should consume?
Your body will let you know, but most people arent protein deficient unless their diet consist of eating hot Cheetos and shyt. When you focus on nutrient dense foods, then your protein intake should be aight.

So you believe Bledsoe is 208 at 6'1?
I believe he fluctuates. In season he's probably 190ish, off season he probably bulks to 210......

Dude is getting a shyt ton of cardio in. He's more ripped in season than bulky / massive....

Plus you're probably already the same size as him, if not bigger.

You probably just have a form of body dismorphia, so you dont see yourself as being that yoked. I used to be that way until i realized i was way bigger than most actors and people you see on tv.....

Dude that supersets with his back Squats was back at it today. Someone left a bench in the rack which he didn’t move. He proceeded to do sets without being able to hit depth on the bench.

Makes sense because he's a muscular cat,but 210 at 6'1 and really lean is massive and he doesn't look that big.

Yea I think I'm skinny still,and everyone looks at me like I'm crazy,I do still want to add a little more size tho.

And I used to count protein grams,but not anymore long as I'm getting some chicken breast in and 4 scoops of whey I'm ok

fukked my back up yesterday morning doing deadlifts. I've done a million of them and never got hurt. Always go slow and make sure I have proper form to avoid injury. But for some reason this time, my legs jerked a little right as I was going down and it twisted my back. Might be out of commission for a week or something, hopefully not more.
Good to be back on the wagon a week later. :brutuswow:

I had digestive issues stemming from my college days of just not giving a fukk about what I ate. Coming out of college me and my mom were trying to lose weight so we ended up drinking smoothies all the time and only eating fish and stuff like once a weak. So I transitioned to vegetarian easily enough. I liked how much better I felt and realized that if I didnt need it I really had no reason to put it in my body

Nah you're a good size. Rule of thumb, getting too big attracts more dudes than women....

Don't get me wrong women love muscles, but you'll get more attention from men....
But you're cut up, not small, but actually on the optimal and slightly bigger side.

That's where I've been for years. I just focus on maintenance. Getting huge won't really make me happier per se, I'd just be spending more money on maintenance. While i love fitness and working out, I don't take it as seriously as I did when I was a teen. This fitness lifestyle is a marathon. It's about longevity, being fit, staying healthy and reducing the risk of chronic diseases.For me, being big as fukk in the past, was driven by insecurities, thinking I was still skinny as heck, despite people telling me I was huge. Now I see it.(ie I'm not huge, just a lot bigger than most people in the gym and the average person who doesn't work out)
