Working out while sick is trash. Came to gym wanting to put in some serious leg work and I'm getting humbled on warm up sets. Brought a belt for no fukking reason and shyt.
I was excited to hit the gym as soon as I got off from work cause I wouldn't have to kill time with a post work meal and waiting for that to digest since I ate all those doughnuts and a salad and a egg and sausage sandwich.
Man I got home, sat down and took my sock off off to scratch my foot. 4 hours later I wake up from a great nap![]()
Stock up on frozen veggies. Broccoli, spinach, brussel sprouts, etc. they’re dirt cheap. Cook them on the stove top with some olive oil.Guys i developed a bit of belly while bulking. I need to cut out the fat whats a good diet plan for me thats affordable that you guys do im going to do some grocery shopping this weekend. Can anyone recommend me anything

What kinda yoga do you do or do you kbow of any good channels? I tried doing the vinyasa I do at my class sometimes and while it was nice I messed up the order a bit. Still pretty relaxing early in the morningI don't really take PUA/Dating coaches serious but I started watching that Alpha Male Strategies dude yesterday and even though he isn't saying anything I don't already know, it reinforced that shyt and made me get back at it.

what is DDP? i do Yin yoga occasionally - very long poses, about really opening/stretching your connective tissue/ligaments - also a big challenge for your mind to stay present (which i fail repeatedly lol). i really need to do more of it, still lacking the flexbility i wantI been doing DDP yoga for a few years now, shyt is right
