I'm saying tho. Lot of nikkas was looking but not trying to look. I told ol girl she had them shook.

Meanwhile i was trying to not get a boner as I'm standing behind her coaching her through the last rep.

I think women are anatomically predisposed to be better squatters.

It took me a long time to get my wife's form right... naturally as soon as she gets in a groove she gets pregnant :snoop:

We will have to start from scratch :mjcry: Women are different though, she definitely has to take a wider stance than me. Her hips are completely different. Once women get over the hangup of "getting too bulky" and just get comfortable with weight they do well.

Side note, at my heaviest my waist was 10" bigger than it is now :damn: Never again

If you can afford it see a chiropractor for a month or two and let them realign you.

Sounds and seems horrifying at first letting someone intentionally crack your lower back but that shyt goes away after a session or two. Work on strengthening your lower back and hamstrings in the meanwhile.
So sciatica is a crooked back? Not a disc pressing a nerve? :ohhh:
I already crack my back often (I'm sure not in a professional way) so that idea isn't that scary to me.

For me it was. I had terrible posture/movement patterns and wasn't addressing it so it was causing it

That's why it kept happening to me. Haven't had an issue in YEARS and I deadlift 3x a week currently

It's worth trying for the relief

:patrice: idk how I feel about chiropractors

That's a dirty profession in medicine.....
It doesn't use evidence based practices and the techniques literally vary from "doctor to doctor"

It's a big difference man. Last time my waist was this small was before I started lifting.

fukking elbows are killing me :mjcry: Might have to bush tricep extensions for a minute

I was skeptical as hell too. But when sciatica was giving me the instrumentals every few months I had to do something.

I walked in the first time and saw my chiropractor, this attractive but tiny Latina. I was like :patrice: what's she gonna be able to do to help me? I'm a foot plus taller and easily 100lbs bigger than she is

Man, that little woman tortured the kid. .. had my back sounding like pop rocks in there but I felt like a new man after a week of seeing her.

She's married tho :martin:
