Height 6'4, currently sitting at 203lbs (maybe 200lbs). Started taking my cut seriously in June when I was about 220-225. Gonna keep dropping weight and fat to see how I look around 185-190:lupe:. Been using the animal cuts pak, fasted cardio in the AM. Weight in the afternoon and have been eating at ~2200cals/200g protein/60g fats/175g carbs.

Cant wait till I can bulk. I gain weight real easily. I want to be a swole 220lbs

idk how you do it, I stay away from afternoon workouts for that reason. I'm on that late night tip, because I'm trying avoid the fukkery. Too many eyes would be focused on the gawd ( :blessed: )
I come to the gym for peace and solitude, not p.....

see now this shyt right here. is why I workout when I think the gym will be empty....
I'm in there at 6am on the dot when the campus gym opens for that very reason, shyt is mind boggling smh. doesn't help that the school I attend doesn't have many blacks either.

It's so annoying they just stand around talking like it's a bar to the other short fat guys that are also at the gym doing nothing

I don't care what your doing but leave me alone cuz I'm at the gym to actually work out

I'm starting to get why hot chicks act so bytchy to ugly guys hitting on them......I use to think why be such a bytch just be flattered....but it's so annoying im not showing you any interest obviously so move along :camby:

Power went off in gym and I finished my b-ball game and got a back workout in...worst idea ever...the water fountains were down. I was soo sweaty and drained...:picard:

Rice is my weakness. Ineat it damn near everyday. But only eating about 175g-180g of carbs has me getting most of that from tortillas and beans

I eat Chicken/Rice/Gravy like 90% of the time before I workout during the week.

Easy to prep, and taste good :manny:

Anyone ever use cacao powder?

I like it but mine was organic cocoa powder (just cooked cacao). Hard to pinpoint what benefits I experienced from it because I’ve made lots of dietary improvements so it could be from anything. I know it’s a good nitric oxide booster and I have seen vascularity for the first time ever recently.

Yeah, I weigh out my foods amd track macros. Its alot of trial n error tbh. I had 2 plateaus. I usually struggle when i get to 212lbs. Best that and pleatued at 203-205lbs. This morning Im at 201lbs.

Make sure you still lifting somewhat heavy even tho youre weaker. Ive switched to alot of supersets and dropsets

-8 hours of sleep the past 2 days
-crook in my neck
-got to take a shyt
-The shirt I grabbed still smelled like fish and gave me a headache

As somebody who was very heavy that lost a lot I'll never hate on any kinda overweight person trying to get in better shape

But these women go around calling themselves "thick" and "BBW" or whatever but it's a health issue to me.....I see ALOT of couples where the man is in great shape and the women look like pears :hhh:

Again whatever floats your boat but seems weird to me if your somebody into the gym and fitness that you wouldn't want your partner to be on the same page

My job is alot of walking/carrying plus going to the gym right after....

My body is aching...:mjcry:

I'm gonna take today and tomorrow off and get it in sunday...

I want to hit the gym at least 3 times a week...

I just gotta take a step back to take to steps forward...
