I'm in there at 6am on the dot when the campus gym opens for that very reason, shyt is mind boggling smh. doesn't help that the school I attend doesn't have many blacks either.idk how you do it, I stay away from afternoon workouts for that reason. I'm on that late night tip, because I'm trying avoid the fukkery. Too many eyes would be focused on the gawd ()

Height 6'4, currently sitting at 203lbs (maybe 200lbs). Started taking my cut seriously in June when I was about 220-225. Gonna keep dropping weight and fat to see how I look around 185-190. Been using the animal cuts pak, fasted cardio in the AM. Weight in the afternoon and have been eating at ~2200cals/200g protein/60g fats/175g carbs.
Cant wait till I can bulk. I gain weight real easily. I want to be a swole 220lbs

I like it but mine was organic cocoa powder (just cooked cacao). Hard to pinpoint what benefits I experienced from it because I’ve made lots of dietary improvements so it could be from anything. I know it’s a good nitric oxide booster and I have seen vascularity for the first time ever recently.
