how do I improve my strength while doing incline dumbbell press? I'm going up to 60lbs but anything heavier and my form goes to shyt and my shoulders start hurting. Feel like I've hit a wall strength wise on my chest days.

If your just looking for muscle gains stick to 60. Just make sure when you bring the weights down on the negative you do it slow and controlled. And then push up fast. I haven't increased my strength on Db inclines in a while but I'm still getting consistent gains.
