Does anyone here just straight up use creatine instead of protein?
Never used protein powder. Always figured I eat enough chicken

May have to look into that when I reup tomorrow

I've been reading to see if I can still work out since I honestly don't feel awful minus the occasional cough. No fever or anything. :patrice: But I don't want to accidentally infect everyone at the boxing gym :to:

I bought a kettlebell last week and I'm in love.:wow:I totally slept on it buts it's crazy how much routines you can do.:mindblown:Now I look forward to putting that work in when I get home. :whew:

My biggest issue is eating clean. I cooked three whole birds, some sweet potato and broccoli rabe for the week. I can't fukk this diet up but I miss sweet stuff. I bushed granulated sugar but I still buy honey. I don't want to give it up brehs. :mjcry:

I've spent the last 3 gym days videotaping and practicing my squat and dead-lift form. The main difference is that my appetite has grown...I'm doing like 4500 calories just to stay satisfied. My shins, knees, hips and hands....:wow:

I know I don't be hittinh nowhere close to that. I just be eating whatever, whenever

Gotta get better and eat more veggies and fish
