I was hoping to work towards eliminating diet soda in order to help reduce my sweet tooth but nope....this shyt is gonna have me drinking more than ever:noah:


I grew up drinking Coke Classic like water and this new zero sugar formula is closer to its big brother than any other diet soda to date

I stopped talking protein shakes for 3 months now. And my gains are even better. I replaced the protein shakes with chick, tuna and beef.
60$ real food > a 5 pound box of dust.

Full week off. Elbow has been sore for a while and I was hoping to make it better. Didn't work.

Damn i would've did the rice method for your elbow and just use lighter weight higher reps if your going heavy weight just work up to it the week off when your not doing nothing can mess up your muscle memory if you lifting heavy

Bullshyt. I read some of the comments on that IG post and its clear that many bodybuilding types are mentally ill.

People do much more disgusting things than feeding kids PED's.

This kid has myostatin deficiency at age 3. He does not look like that
