I stopped watching workout videos awhile ago...but it seems like these dudes are falling apart.

I just found out this week too, I been off the YouTube fitness community for a while now, but hope he recovers.

Old nikkas in the locker room pissing me off

First, an older black dude takes forever grooming his hair in front of the only mirror by the lockers. Like, breh, I respect that you're trying to get your fro on point but nikkas gotta go to work.

But at least he had a towel on. An older white dude walked to the other mirrors and started doing his hair butt ass naked. And that mirror is right at the front of the locker room, so the first thing you have to see coming in is this cac's naked ass.

After they hit 50 they all become homos.

She said because I kind of look like a demon when i'm working out
