fukk it, I'll just go tonight after work. Not worth going for only half an hour and I don't dare shower in the gym. Unless I shower now and go before work and not go too hard but I'll still be sweaty. Damn it. And I'm gonna do plenty of walking at work already. Tire yourself out before leg day brehs. :francis:

On a positive note, I do have an extra hour available at work so I can go in early to makeup my time.

I'm leaving work earlier and I'm taking some bags to put in my co-workers trunk for her. I'm walking back towards the door and I feel some tightness on the left side of my ass. :dame: Like a sore muscle. :whoa: I'm walking back towards the door and she asks me if my leg was ok since she saw me limping. I'm like yeah, it's nothing. Can't get hurt since it's leg day. She said please don't do any thing to hurt yourself. Just gotta stretch it out and bust out these squats. Let me start off light just in case. If you guys don't hear from me, you'll know why. :mjcry:

I need to get down to 168. :francis: I seen to be going the opposite direction lately even tho my calorie consumption seems to be low on most days. Maybe it's just water weight or maybe I need to get some cardio going again. Anyways soon as I hit 168 I'm rewarding myself with this:

Bout to head to the gym soon, should i just do the goblet squats instead of the normal squats ?
Or maybe as a warmup ? Or at the end of the leg workout ?
