Brehs I'm kind of at a loss on what to do with bench

Over the last ~3-4 years I've added decent weight to my squats/deads and frou frou accessory shyt.... but it seems like my bench won't go past ~3x6x235. I did have some setbacks where I had to take months off for RC shyt but I think I'm over that now.

Only push moves I'm doing are heavy bench (3x5-6), incline bench (3x8-10), and weighted dips (5x8-10). What can I do :damn:

I hate rush days like today. That's what I get for going to bed so late. I fall asleep around 4:30. Wake up to pee around 830 and can't go back to sleep since they doing construction outside and the dogs were barking in the other room. I finally fall back asleep and wake up a bit before 1. Now I gotta eat breakfast, get dressed and drive to the gym, do legs and hopefully arms, leave by 3, come home and shower and get dressed and be at work by 4. And I'm not gonna save the gym for after work tonight or tomorrow when I'm off since I intend to do other things. So it's now or never. :francis:

fukk it, I'll just go tonight after work. Not worth going for only half an hour and I don't dare shower in the gym. Unless I shower now and go before work and not go too hard but I'll still be sweaty. Damn it. And I'm gonna do plenty of walking at work already. Tire yourself out before leg day brehs. :francis:
