There isn't much to it. Load and go, push and pull..................
yeah, if you add in enough weight and focus on form and do it for time, shyt is bar none the best exercise you can do in the gym.
I use it on every back day and occasionally on leg day if I have enough energy.
my go to exercise for back is the sitting rope pull, here's a video of some cat doing it....
I do like this guy sitting flat on my butt and sometimes mix in sitting on one knee in the lunge position and pull it from nearly the same distance as the dude in the vid. My goal is to not stop at all, alternate arms and get it pulled to my feet in 30 seconds or less. and not trying to stunt but I toss 10 45 pound plates (so 450 pounds) on there plus the weight of the sled (which admittedly I forget but it is identical the one below, just all black instead of yellow)
and I been killing that shyt with ease, trying to get up to eleven 45 lb plates but I keep getting stuck at 36 seconds so i'm trying to build up to it. shyt fukking kills your whole upper body but really gets your lats and biceps burning if you sit and take the rest of your body out of it. I advise anyone who has a prowler to try it...
