Just finished sliding in this impromptu workout after Saturday Brunch. And came up with a new exercise I ain't see anyone do that I'm gonna show out once I get back to my main gym:mjgrin:

I've noticed since taking out the momentum from ring dips they hit lats pretty damn hard too. My arms feel light as feathers after :ahh:
