Might lay off the weights for a bit and get interested in these boxing classes:patrice:

Got sets of 5 with 405 and 410 last night on zerchers. So that's a PR. Failed the 415 attempt but that was more me running out of gas. I'd been slacking lately but I haven't lost strength on those thankfully.

Went to the gym today brehs after a long ass hiatus :blessed:

Did cardio and upper body.

Going to try to make it 3-4xs a week.

I turn 30 this fall and trying to get my body in its best shape by then :shaq:

I feel like I'm almost getting where I need to be. Like at the last few pounds, which is the hardest. I can feel my abs, especially when I'm laying down and that bottom bone on the rib cage or whatever that's called. I been seeing numbers on the scale that I haven't seen in years. My metabolism working great also but I'm not trying to put too much work on it. Lowest I've gotten is 173 and I think I'll be good at 170. Most of the weight must be fat cuz I still feel like my muscles are the same shape and strength. It's that stomach fat that's been going down. Unless I eat a meal and get that post food bloated affect, I really don't keep much stomach fat. I just gotta keep maintaining. Eating enough protein, cutting calories, sticking to strength training and less worry about cardio.

Did some back yesterday, hadn't done that in a while. It was mostly dumbbell rows, bent over rows, lat pull downs, some pull ups and push ups. Didn't do deadlifts, haven't done those in a while. Those were the hardest to setup and the heaviest weight. I gotta see if I did them next back day cuz I been slacking. I been loving the hanging leg raises tho. Still not perfected my form but slowly but surely.

Today I did legs and arms, although not much arms. Did squats and calf raises, as well as death marches. Didn't do cardio either day. Maybe I'll do a light cardio day this weekend. Need a day or two to recover a bit.
