What's your usually leg day routine?
Few miles(10 mins) on 10-12 resistance level bike
200 Seated squats
Lunges depending on where i'm at
Leg curls
Few miles on 10-12 (10-20 mins depending on time)

Whenever I go to 24 hour fitness tho I never actually alternate days, I get all my shyt in. I do shoulder press, lat pulldown, & butterfly press too if I have time

My leg strength always been strong even before I started working again :manny:

I edited before you responded...on what exactly a seated squat is. YOu squatting down on a box/bench and coming up or is this you using the "leg press" machine?
