Dont sleep on calisthetics.... leg wise yea you are pretty much fukked outside of single leg squats.... but I challenge you to do 10x10 chin/dip supersets in 30 minutes. shyt will have you :damn:
Yeah especially if you strip away the momentum/jerking. That's really key for success in calisthenics. I remember dips used to jus be mehhh then I realized I was throwing myself through the movement. Now shyt is no joke

Kickballing on Sunday whipped my mufukking ass. Should of took off mon & tues instead ima do today & tomorrow and get back at it hard tomorrow.

Copped a pullup bar, and some resistance bands to try out too :ehh:

Key to record form as well.... what might feel like good form might not necessarily be, especially with calisthetics. Little shyt like a small pause before the concentric or making sure you lock out (where appropriate). Just saw this like 2 weeks ago when I recorded my weighted dips. You're doing the lift, might as well get your money's worth

I'm working on developing a V Taper. I have about a 29" waist so I'll look good with some more width on my upper body. I've managed to put on a solid 20lbs and my delts, traps, and lats look really good. They grow fast while my chest and legs are much slower.

I found a training program from Zyzz. It's pretty basic and pretty much what I'm doing now it's just more volume for delts and lats.

I made the mistake of taking my pre-workout and then decided to shave. I try to take my pw 15 - 30 minutes prior to running/gym. I'd typically start feeling the tingling sensation five to ten minutes after taking it. I take more than half to a full serving of pw. The kind that I have is super effective, if I don't take it I'm dragging ass. Anyway the itching and stinging gets really intense pretty quickly. I was getting ready to head out when I realized I needed to shave (my legs). I decided to lather up and shave in the bathroom sink but I forgot the more still you are the more you start to sting. I was hollering and starting to get the shakes. It was nonsensical.

Went back to the gym today after two weeks off ready to put in work and these mutherfukkers are doing some kind of refurbishment so the entire weight room is off limits. Only cardio machines are available :gucci:

Ask them how long it'll take and the say about two weeks :francis:

So now I'm I pretty much have to do some callisthenics and cardio while I wait. I was so heated when I left

Nah, I drink alot of water cuz Im on creatine and take a fat burner in the AM and during lunch.

I do my cardio in the AM and lift in the night round 6-7pm. Im cutting also, so when im hungry I drink water
What kind of marcos are you getting :jbhmm:?
