Yeah especially if you strip away the momentum/jerking. That's really key for success in calisthenics. I remember dips used to jus be mehhh then I realized I was throwing myself through the movement. Now shyt is no jokeDont sleep on calisthetics.... leg wise yea you are pretty much fukked outside of single leg squats.... but I challenge you to do 10x10 chin/dip supersets in 30 minutes. shyt will have you
