Today's lesson: Karma is a bytch. :francis:

Here I was talking shyt about the lady buying candy and I've had one of the worst cheat days in the history of mankind. I would think I were bulking instead of cutting. :francis:

My boy gets in at 5 and I tell him to stay at the register so I can run an errand. I tell my co manager that I'm going to the plaza next door to pick up my tie from the dry cleaners. She goes oh I thought you were going to Starbucks. I said fine, so I go there and get her a frap and chocolate chip cookie. So of course I had to get a cookie and a cookies and cream frap myself. :snoop: I get back and tell my boy to stay at the register so I can do some physical work around the store and burn some calories by walking more. Luckily I did that. Later in the day I ate one of those tuna salad snack packs with the crackers in them as well as a Be Kind protein bar. Plus a single piece of grilled chicken breast, which I brought all that from home. I also brought one of those fruit snack packs, the kids version. :obama: Has apple slices, pretzels, and string cheese so somewhat healthy.

What really got me was when my co-worker brought over a box of papa johns cheese pizza for us. He was working out there tonight. I love free pizza but I hate the damage it does. I ate three of them slices. :damn: I'm bout to take the rest and throw it in the fridge for tomorrow. I must've ate the 3500 calories needed for a pound within the last six hours. :mjcry:

Luckily I packed my gym bag today. Let me go handle this cardio day. I'm burning off atleast 500 calories. :francis:

Any of you guys mess with multi vitamins? I don't take any at the moment or know if I should but I have a coupon and was talking with a co-worker about them the other day andmaybe it'll help more with cutting. Unless since I've survived so far without them, they aren't necessary? I don't know if they're any nutrients in them that I may be lacking.
i take a multi, the jury is out on them. if you take one, get a food based multi and pay up for it, you'll absorb more of it. but a lot of studies say you excrete most of it. i think they're helpful to round things out, but if you have a complete diet, and no deficiencies (iron, d, etc) you likely don't need a multi nor is it going to help a cut

I have an apartment gym, but going to golds gym is always better because I feel like my test levels jump when I see all these pretty girls as I'm switching machines and in between sets
Even if I had a big garage for gym equipment, I would still drop the money for a golds/lifetime workout 2-3 times a week.

Stepping in at 6:30PM off work looking crispy clean, music blasting, gym packed, getting motivated by the big dogs finishing up, sexy women in tight clothes, I live for that energy:ohlawd:

I actually dropped weight after last night's fiasco so my metabolism must be working great. Can't risk it too much tho. Had my ass trying hanging leg raises last night before leaving the gym. And the full leg ones, not the knee ones. My dumb ass over there being confident saying that exercise is easy. Boy was I wrong. Had me swinging and uncoordinated. Ima have to focus on the knee ones and practice instead of thinking I'm a pro. I got humbled on that. I gotta see if I squeeze in a leg day either tomorrow or Thursday since I'll likely be on break until Sunday if not Wednesday.

Drinking coffee and orange juice a couple hours before your workout is a much better natural alternative then all those preworkout chemicals that people drink.

I don't trust most of these supplements with all those chemicals. I'm trying to eat as natural as I can.
