i take a multi, the jury is out on them. if you take one, get a food based multi and pay up for it, you'll absorb more of it. but a lot of studies say you excrete most of it. i think they're helpful to round things out, but if you have a complete diet, and no deficiencies (iron, d, etc) you likely don't need a multi nor is it going to help a cutAny of you guys mess with multi vitamins? I don't take any at the moment or know if I should but I have a coupon and was talking with a co-worker about them the other day andmaybe it'll help more with cutting. Unless since I've survived so far without them, they aren't necessary? I don't know if they're any nutrients in them that I may be lacking.

Even if I had a big garage for gym equipment, I would still drop the money for a golds/lifetime workout 2-3 times a week.I have an apartment gym, but going to golds gym is always better because I feel like my test levels jump when I see all these pretty girls as I'm switching machines and in between sets
I love chemicalsDrinking coffee and orange juice a couple hours before your workout is a much better natural alternative then all those preworkout chemicals that people drink.
I don't trust most of these supplements with all those chemicals. I'm trying to eat as natural as I can.
