What is considered the best recovery supplement? I have one I don't really care to take. I'm looking for like an overnight recovery.
Probably not the answer you are looking for but:

Sleep
Nutrition
Hydration

I wouldn't drop cash on anything claiming to aid recovery unless you are in super intense workouts that benefit you financially.

Brehs that don't meal prep, what are so go to spots you guys hit up that are calorie friendly? Panda Express is one, Then theirs Chipoltle and I hear Taco Bell has a "power menu" thats "fitness focused".

I gotta hit my midpoint weight goal by the end of the year (with a short term goal by at least October)
There should be some sort off macro friendly/ meal prep place in your city. We have a bunch of them out here.

I take Zma as well as Protein shakes right before bed. Also take some bcaa and l glutamine right after workout which has been helping a lot.

What's up with these weirdos who decide to use the treadmill right next to me when there are rows of empty ones? :what: Then he proceeds to stare at my screen reading my stats.

It's always dudes too. I wouldn't mind if some attractive female did that but it's always these weirdos :francis:

I've been doing a 85-90% max every-time I squat during my usual sets...trying to get my legs used to the volume/stress. No fatigue so far the past 2 weeks. I'm having a deload during the next week.:ehh:

You should really read that article again.......

The study tracked the potato consumption of 4,400 adults between ages 45 and 79 over the course of eight years. By the end of the study, 236 people had died.

Maannnnn:mjlol::mjlol::mjlol:

I swear people twist studies however they want to. I'm sure age had nothing to do with this.

The Opposite Of Elliott Wilson's Mohawk
Dumbbell bench with 115lbs last night felt insanely easy. Time to move up. Need to buy some more 2.5lb plates. You can't just jump up 10lbs on dumbbells :whew: that "just noticeable difference" is very low with them
Sheeit I would look into some 1.25lb plates... even 5lbs/side is a big jump, unless you would only use 1 2.5lb per side.

Price in comparison to serving sizes are usually ass
I mean :manny:

And how much are we talking per meal? I think the meals I cook myself are good for ~700-900kcal and cost about $3-5/meal I think. Getting a similar or higher quality meal already cooked for a little more seems worth it to me.

Whole Foods hot bar is my go to for calorie (protein) surplus, not cheap though.

Cookout if you're :flabbynsick: bulking is pretty decent for me.

Luckily with the crossfit craze their's a place that has paleo style meals at our gym but the good stuff (sirloin, burgers) sells out quick and is pricy as hell.
