GNC is notoriously overpriced. There's this vitamin shop down the street from me where I can get Syntha 6 for $25 and its $60+ at GNC (I dont drink Syntha 6 though). I use Optiumum Nutrition Whey and can it there for $20. :takedat:

those are just parallel(normal) squats

but the form is fine

id slow down your descent if possible, and keep your head neutral with your spine

fwiw ATG is either ass literally 1-2" from the ground and/or thighs touching calves :whew:

after my 120lb press vid i deloaded and made it a job to hold my block(tensing core)

folks was legit concerned i could hurt my back :to: i still dont think it was that egregious

Was literally just watching that video to see how high i need to set my catch bars here at the crib.


Yesterday them shyts was too damn high!, didnt think i was gonna be able to get it back up there on my last set :merchant:

Any cardio ideas? I hate all equipment besides the stairmaster. I usually play ball for cardio but thats too inconsistent
