I'm I the only one who finds it easy to eat "healthy" at breakfast and lunch, but when I get home after work I get crazy cravings. Worse, if I'm up late reading, doing research or working, I want to snack on straight trashy foods.
Low-Carb and 5HTP kills my appetite severely. I think i eat out of function 85% of the time these days :sadcam:

Went ahead and jump the gun and joined a new gym..

Pros: Multiple power racks, deadlifting platforms :mjcry::mjgrin::banderas:

Cons: my wallet is going to be hurting now:damn:, shyts is 25+ minutes from my place:damn:

A good gym is a good gym...:hubie:I tried a gym in my town since my gym my job has was crowded...no squat rack and the benches for pressing were trash...the heavy DBs were washed. I could see all of the chicken leg cacs and :flabbynsick:chicks on the treadmill...it was my first and last visit.

And some gym owners don't like you putting their plates and DBs on the scale to test the weight integrity....one of the managers asked me to stop after he saw a few people asking me my reasoning for checking the weight. :mjlol:
