Females though......i need to revisit my efforts to finding a newer gym.something.more hardcore..my gym has those dance classes and shyt...and today it was an actual dude teaching it..looking like a struggle shaun t and shyt...the environment is not conducive to my gym mindstate..im all when im there..and there's not enough of that going around

Don't get me wrong, I've beat the drum on variations of low carb (I still carb cycle as a general strategy) and IF so I'm guilty there.It's the worst. Cleanse this, no carb that etc I've learned o just change the subject when people bring up dieting in real life

I gets tiresome when people profess to want to make some initial changes but protest simple first steps.
Man!! When I get into conversations with "professionals" telling me you completely can't eat such and such foods because they stop your weight loss...It's the worst. Cleanse this, no carb that etc I've learned o just change the subject when people bring up dieting in real life

And close friends. One of my BFF's been wanting to lose weight, she looks at me like I'm some unicorn. I'm like bytch, I've invited you to my gym countless times, I've told you what you can do for diet...I can't eat and exercise for you thoMan. Don't get me started.
