I'm loving American Top Team, they got some real solid fighters in this gym. I took Pro MMA and BJJ this morning and I'm about to head back for BJJ and Muay Thai in an hour. If I can stick to my schedule I should be close to being ready for my first fight in a few months. Now I just gotta clean my diet up :francis:

I going to be implementing front squats as my primary leg exercise starting tomorrow. Never really done them more than a handful of times of my time working out. :jbhmm:

I think I'm done with barbell flat bench....shyt is strictly ego for me and I didn't build my chest with it. :yeshrug:

I got an typical AA/football player ass so I'm stuck with bringing in 38'' waist pants and XL bball shorts regardless.:hubie:

Went to Wal-Mart and one of the the girl scouts on the way in made a comment about my ass. Literally 60% complements on my physique from women are about my ass. :wow:

Then I got some dudes at the gym with huge quads and hams and then their ass is like non-existent unlike their non-black counterparts? :why:

Then you have the small ass Asians with their big calves who mostly do ping pong or tennis....who couldn't squat the bar if needed be. :skip:

I'm trying to put on weight. What happens if I just eat massive amount of calories diet but don't lift weights. I came from soccer and amateur boxer so I've always been skinny and lean. now I'm not boxing I want to gain some weight. I don't get fat no matter what I eat either. Do I need to lift weights to gain a bit of mass?

I've never minded being skinny cus I was fighting and had to make weight but now I'm not fighting I'm a bit insecure about how young I look. :sadcam:

some how i pulled a back muscle while doing crunches on the medicine ball yesterday morning :gucci: hurts like a bytch and made me skip a session this morning :snoop:but plan to make up for after work tonight
