:mjgrin: Did a new DL PR...my hands are fukked since I didn't have chalk or straps, but I tried a belt for the first time in a while. Got out of bed and my back feels good, my glutes and forearms are sore though. :wow:

Thats why I keep my leg workouts short and sweet. Yall out here doing a million sets for what? So you can't find any pants that fit? :heh:

Right now I'm doing 32 reps twice per week, thats it. 3 sets of 8 on squat. 1 set of 8 on walking lunges.

Gains are great until we are talking about the size of your tailor bill:scusthov:

Quads being too big for your pants >>>>>>>>>> quads being too small for your body.

Today's Fukkery:

I'm in one of two free weight racks. There is another guy doing RDLS in front of the other rack. There is a guy who lifts pretty heavy sitting near by lacing up. I point at the rack and he's like You good player, I'm about to move him up outta there. He hit due with the :camby:and starts busting our reps with 3 plus plates

trainer got mad at me for switching my meal plan without telling her :guilty: but her plan = plateau :ufdup: my plan = ~3lbs per week gone :win:

moved leg day to tuesday :blessed: but a whole new routine...closed leg squats :sadcam:
