I'm keeping the volume reasonable too and spending my extra time on cardio. Stair steppers are the GOAT

my cardio routine (non boxing) used to be

3 mile run
30 minutes on a stepper
Row machine
Cross trainer
Bike

my gym got rid of their step machine long time ago and never replaced..i feel like i lost a significant amount of my cardio since...i just need to find a new gym :francis:

went and got a body comp analysis two weeks ago...definitely need to drop my BF% but was :leon: at my skeletal muscle mass...i'm a lot more solid than i thought i was. if i can keep my lean mass and drop purely fat (unlikely) i won't need to gain muscle at all. but yea, i'll prolly need to add 5 lbs of muscle at the end of this to compensate for the inevitable loss :francis:

also dropped 2 inches off the waist in the past 3 weeks :takedat:

Thanks but I did not need to know how a pill brought your sex drive back to the point that you can bang your wife daily

(Never mind the fact that if you're hitting it right yall would both need 2 or so days of rest)

nikkas is weirdos man. This is why I don't talk to anybody at the gym. nikkas will start telling you about their dikk habits :why: :dame:

I HATE talking to people in the locker room, especially ones in the suburbs. cats volunteer WAY too much info. you can damn near spot the weirdos before they open their mouths to speak once you've been at a gym a few months

Literally doing my working set on squats and I either took my time at the top of the rack or did a quick lap and got back into the set.:mjgrin:

One-legged leg press....:blessed:

Still need to work on my wrist flexibility for front squats. :dame:

Been doing this hypertrophy routine after about a year of doing a 4 day split.:whew:

Since its getting hot and Im leaning out Im feeling the lighter weights and reps :plessed:

Cardio inbetween 3-4x a week + the cardio from doing a full body workout

Gotta be careful when I'm at the gym after a certain time. That's why I usually go early in the afternoon. Can't tell if it's a career woman getting off work from a 9 to 5, or a young girl going to work out after getting out of high school. :whoa: Walked up to a girl I was interested in during today's workout and first thing I asked her was her age. She said, why. I told her she looked young. She ended up being 29 :whew: but had a boyfriend. :mjcry:


Gotta ask first before you hitting on a minor out there. No :sitdown:.

nikkas be too fukking chatty chatty in the gym anyway. Like are you here to make gains or be seen? How do u look the same and lift the same weights as u did 2, 3, 5 years ago :comeon: High key I think a few of these nikkas are low key if you know what I mean :dame:
