How to drink a gallon of water a day?

Finishing this 2L bottle in it's self is a challenge

I used to think that it was hard but then one day I got a gallon jug started drinking while at work. I move around at work driving a little bit in and out the car but after about 4 hours I was over halfway done. Once you do it for a week it becomes easy.
I say build your way up. Take your time drinking it. Don't try to chug it quickly. Couple swigs every hour and you'll be done before you know it
But them bafroom breaks going to get annoying real quick it's the only downfall.:beli:
But pissing and not having to flush the toilet cause your pee look like a Fiji waterfall is :ahh:

Lmao...there's this new girl at my gym, fine as hell but I think she picked up on how I'm scoping her.

I'm out of my element when training and she comes through smfh.

Nice body too, dark skinned and a little shorter than me..like 2-3 inches total lmao so she's tall.

Last week I'm squatting...the rack is positioned in front of the mirror and she's on an adjustable bench behind me doing reverse curls facing the bench...so her ass and thighs are pushing out through her tights and I sweatergod I was looking without even realizing I was looking...like a legit combination of :dwillhuh: and :ehh::whoo::lupe:. The people that were working in with me told me to get my head out my ass (don't ask me how) and focus on my sets smh.

I do back on Saturdays and I had a great session of deads, rowing, chin ups...plus the gym was empty because I come through for the last two hours before they close. I'm finishing up on lat pulldowns and with where the station is positioned, you're facing the front desk...who walks in as I'm pulling :martin:...looked good as hell and looked right at me looking at her on some:smugbiden::youngsabo:...distracted the fukk out of me and couldn't get 2 more reps in :aicmon:.

I need this girl to go back to her normal gym brehs.

And yes, my gym normally has unattractive women in it which is exactly how I like it...I need to focus..can't be having fine ass black women in there in tights and crop tops sweating and bending over in front of me while I'm trying to lift

popped a 200mg caffeine pill at 3:51 this morning. still got me going. didn't have to take a nap after work, had a crazy workout where i was energized and probably could have gone longer. wasn't jittery like preworkout:wow:
so this is what taking your 1st hit of crack must feel like :banderas:
although I didnt take my usual postwork dump. normally i got to shyt as soon as i get in the car :francis: let's hope i can sleep tonight :why:

Man so I'm doing intense cardio because I'm cutting. I'm running on 10 on the treadmill doing 6 minute miles. I'm going for 30 minutes right basic 4.5 mile run today. So I'm at the 20 minute point I'm feeling good :mjgrin:nothing hurting feel like I can run for another 20 minutes and I look up see these older black ladies sandwich a nikka in. I'm thinking like :gucci: this Planet Fitness you got all these treadmills and y'all bytches want to run right next to me. Mind I pop a thermogenic so I'm fukking sweating like a mfer. I see they stop running after 2 minutes and cut me a look like:scust: I look down over at their treadmill I see my sweat all over there :mjlol:

I'm wearing a tank top and running shorts so it's a bunch of exposed skin. Plus I'm running hard af swinging my arms and the sweat was just bounce off my arms onto their treadmill.


I ain't give a fukk should I feel bad brehs?

i got a weighted speed rope i bought with a gift card my brother got me for christmas....i love it..when i was steady boxing i used to skip for multiple 3-minute rounds straight..gotta work my way back to that

I'm keeping the volume reasonable too and spending my extra time on cardio. Stair steppers are the GOAT

my cardio routine (non boxing) used to be

3 mile run
30 minutes on a stepper
Row machine
Cross trainer
Bike

my gym got rid of their step machine long time ago and never replaced..i feel like i lost a significant amount of my cardio since...i just need to find a new gym :francis:
